With more than 10 years of product design experience, our engineers have independently designed high reliability interconnect systems used in nuclear power stations and telecommunication stations. To guarantee high reliability and throughput of high-speed signal, we use state of art simulation software such as Ansys, Moldflow and pro-E to simulate our product performance and produce high quality products with great accuracy. With advanced of molding device, our engineers use design software to produce abrasives and our own moldings, which makes our design and products under strict control. This also avoided errors introduced in processing by other providers.

State of art Simulation Techniques

In design process, we use three major simulation techniques including structure simulation, moldflow simulation and high speed/frequency simulation. Reliability Lab to Guarantee Product Quality

We own advance quality evaluation devices to make sure our products exceed customer satisfaction. Typically, we use SMT device to test the connector furnace reflect, and projector to measuring dimensions and flatness.

All the new design products as samples and finished products, before releasing, have been through strictly controlled testing process based on specification and customer required testing procedure. From IQC to IPQC, and to FQC, we guarantee that each step can be traced through records. This ensures the quality of each product, but also enables us to accurately track any problem during manufacturing process and effectively make improvements.

Fluent in both English and Chinese, Our customer representatives are technical and well understand customers’ industry, product shape structure and electrical properties, and recommend the most suitable solutions. We use ERP system to follow up every customer order, and properly arrange stock and shipment based on customers’ needs. Our factory is only 30 minutes away from Hongkong port by car, and we have our own private warehouse in Hongkong. This enables us a quick turnaround time, flexible and rapid response to the logistical arrangements and changes.
